Anne Chamberlain - Aging2.0 Focus Group Facilitator
For over two decades, Anne has explored many corners of the field of organization and leadership development (and many corners of the world!). Having worked independently as well as with several consulting firms, she brings a career’s worth of diverse experiences to the service of her clients, including building teams, coaching executives, facilitating innovation sessions and helping leaders identify and execute on their vision.
Drawn to this work out of a quest to help individuals and organizations live to their potential, Anne has honed the art of inquiry and group facilitation. Her clients, ranging from large, international Fortune 100 companies to small, local public sector organizations, include Walt Disney World, Sara Lee, Crate & Barrel, Coca-Cola, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Mattel, Luck Stone, Virginia Department of Transportation, Harvard Executive Education and University of Virginia’s Darden Business School. In 2014 Anne facilitated the “Age Wave Leadership Forum” during which Age Wave contributors from all over Virginia shared tactics and ideas while building collaborative partnerships.
More recently, she created an executive development offering - The Leadership Circle - a facilitated monthly discussion for small groups of high-level leaders. During this engaging and confidential series of conversations, individuals have the opportunity to explore the issues and facets of leadership most relevant to them with a diverse array of peers in the community.
Inspired by her hobby as a freelance photographer, she looks through a lens of possibility and potential in her work as a consultant. Anne lives in Richmond’s Northside/Ginter Park with her husband, two children and dog.
